Mark Stirling
Mr. Stirling is a successful entrepreneur and management advisor with a solid track record of creating, building and revitalizing organizations. He is very focused on building and realizing on shareholder value, and his style is to aggressively drive organizations toward these two goals.
He has helped to build, operate and sell a number of technology companies in both Canada and the United States. He is an internationally recognized speaker on technology, marketing and finance. He has enjoyed success arranging financing, and engineering mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and turnarounds. He has been involved in over 50 M&A and financing deals in Canada and internationally. He has also negotiated numerous technology licensing and distribution agreements.
Mr. Stirling has been on advisory boards and Boards of Directors for both public and private companies.

Mr. Stirling holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario where he attended on an APE Scholarship and a B.Sc. (Physics) from the University of Toronto where he attended on a scholarship from the Ford Foundation.
